I finally got AIM.

I finally gave in and let my friend Gina hijack my computer and put AIM on it. Because she was bored.
I've resisted the temptation to get instant messaging for a good two years now. The main reason for this is that I find it insanely distracting. I felt I'd never use it, because even when I was just surfing the internet, I might not want all these people talking to me at the same time. But everybody always tells me that I have to do it, because it's such a great way to keep in contact with people. So I gave in to peer pressure and did it.
My screenname is Melodie873, so feel free to chat with me. I have your screenname already, Caitlin, but if you guys post your screennames I'll add them to my buddy list. Or introduce yourself when you first sign on to chat. I don't want to go through that whole process of having absolutely no idea who I'm talking to. :)
