i´m tired and i´m obsessed with internet cafes and i wish my friends were here with me. i´m having lots of fun, but the whole party scene gets old when it´s every night. as much as i LOVE barcelona, it´ll be nice to get to madrid and settle down somewhere for a little bit.
i finally figured out who my roommate in madrid is going to be--this girl crystal i met on this seminar who´s from syracuse university in ny. we´re gonna have lots of fun. we still don´t know where we´re living yet. all 5 of my classes are going to be in spanish.
our 4 professors here are great. ramón was wearing a shirt today from oaxaca, mexico that said "solo borracho o dormido se olvida lo jodido".. translation: "only drunk or asleep do i forget how fucked up i am". they´re hilarious. it´ll be fun hanging out with them all semester.
