(no subject)
So Thursday went alright. I ended up going to Wayne State with my mom to get my books for the semester. Well, they only had one of my books at a decent price, so I bought it. My mom and I met Jessica and Kaleigh and Jacob at the mall, and I bought some shoes for work. They're kind of grandma-ish, but I just needed a pair of low black dress shoes I could wear to the pharmacy. After that, I came home and tanned. Then I drove my booty out to Dearborn to see Was. We ate dinner at some obscure Chinese place, and then we ended up at his uncle's house for two hours. It was weird, because it was the first time I had ever really sat down and talked to any of the adults in his family. His uncle is pretty cool though. He used to be a professor at Wayne State, and he even developed some formulas involving dynamics. I guess he's renaming them the Musheinesh theorems/laws, so that's pretty awesome. Anyways, we sat around talking with him and Ahmad and Malek and the other Wasfeh until 12. Then, Was and I went to his bro's house and had a serious grown up talk, and then I went home in not the best of moods. We are so different, and sometimes it's really hard to accept and understand each other.
Friday was just work all day. I worked until 10 at night, and then I came home and worked out and studied pcat stuff and went to bed.
Yesterday was day of work. After that, Was came out here and picked me up. We went to dinner at Buca di Beppo's and then we rented the movie Hitch. We got shakes from SNS and then we came back to my house and watched our movie. We ended our night with another one of those long serious grown up talks, and he left around 4 in the morning, which is ridiculously late.
Today I woke up and worked from 9-7. So now I'm home and I'm just kind of sitting around. Maybe I'll go out and do something tonight with someone, or maybe I'll just study for the PCAT. Who knows.
Tomorrow I have to work from 1-9. Then I'm doing nothing.
Tuesday it looks like Was and I may be headed to Cedar Point, so that will be cool.
We're also going to go somewhere else before school starts up again. We're thinking about this little town called St Joseph's for a quiet little getaway. I guess we'll see, but it all sounds fun to me.
I also really wanna visit Laura and Amanda sometime this week, possibly Wednesday or Thursday. It will be awesome!
