In the wake of my latest "I wannabe an Epic!"-fic, Blackguards, I crashed hard back into a genre I've loved for a very long time, namely cyberpunk.

I have, on occasion, mentioned going through the First Season with a fine-toothed comb.

This is just a sudden thought I wanted to get 'out there'.

Gambit is a chess-term, meaning the advantage gained via sacrificing (usually a petty) piece, though it's spread to mean any act which, though at first apparently placing a person in trouble, works to their benefit further down the road.

Tall Tales is most often paired up with Hell House, both of them containing pranks, even the hunt itself being a 'trick'.

Supernatural is a lovely show, whether one watches it as a light horror snack before heading to bed, or spinning dozens of metas halfway through any given episode.
