I feel productive
Today I got myself a library card and found some books I'd be thinking about buying for a while and put some books I couldn't find anywhere on hold.
I took off the top level of my rat cage, still plenty of room for them, easier to clean for me. Also, I'm not sure if it's because the cage is smaller or if it's because I rearranged it, but they seem to to have finally taken to the litter box full time rather then just using it when they happen to in the vicinity. Keeping my fingers crossed that it sticks.
Went to PetSmart for more litter, ended up splurging and buying loads of treats as well as a run around ball for a new sleeping den (Baz loves it and I only wish my camera was working), made it half way out to the car when I realized I'd forgot the litter.
Finally cleaned my bedroom and put away clothes as well as various other things, stuff had been stacking up for a while.
I helped cook our memorial day meal, Sunday was the only day we could all get together. I love crispy mushroom fries! They're the best! Though I think I ate way too many.
Friday my grandparents came up from Ashland to visit my mom, who is now out of the hospital and doing much better and she got a new phone, a KRZR. It was great to see my grandparents again I hadn't seen them in over a year. Saturday my grandpa took my to visit his brother in Lake Oswego which for those of you who don't know is one of the richy richest places to live in Oregon. My great uncle owns the island on the lake that has the Carl C. Jantzen Estate (he owns the estate as well) I've driven by houses like that before but I've never actually been in one so it was a bit of an experience to see how the other half lives. This guy's a self made millionaire who owns his own island and helicopters, now come on, be honest, who hasn't had that dream at least once in their life? The only thing that would've made the picture complete would be a hedge maze stocked with Weeping Angels. Though that could just be me.
I'd like to say I'll be updating my fanfiction soon but I can't commit to that as I've got a lot on my plate at the moment. We'll see how things go.
