I got a new debit card in the mail. My old one was set to expire in October, but I guess I'm such a good banking customer that they rushed a replacement to me two months early. Today I received a letter from the IRS informing me that I will soon be receiving my economic stimulus money. By May 9th.

Thanks, IRS, you're only a few days late on that.

Yay for direct deposit, though.

I received my economic stimulus money from the government today. Yay for direct deposit! Now I can use it to pay my credit card bill for the things I already bought with that money. I have stimulated the economy!
