peter and i signed a lease today for a new apartment. it's a duplex on 15th ave near edgehill ave. i love the location. it's not a real big place, but it's nice enough. i was starting to worry that we wouldn't find a place by the end of the month and i'd have to live out of a storage space. now i have all weekend to move. and i think i'm going to repaint one or two of the rooms. anyone want to help or lend an opinion on colors, etc?
