Random stuff and ranting huzzah!
My girlfriend is really amusing. I finally got her to watch La Corda d'Oro and she absolutely cannot stand Shimizu. I think it's hillarious, since he's the "normal" type that she likes.
I also decided that there's no better way to make friends at work than having pins on your lanyard. Especially some that read "I sold your dollfie to buy yaoi" and a Kurama pin. :D
Anyway, the ranting I promised.
Last year, I met this awesome kind of guy named James. No romantic intentions or anything like that, just someone awesome to hang out with. The guy left without saying goodbye and moved to LA a while later.
So, a few days ago, he moved back. Got back in contact. Fun times, right? After I get past the anger about the fact that he up and left without saying bye, I realize that no, I really don't like hanging out with him. Why? Because I realize he's a liar and a hypocrite.
Gah, I've found so many people like that here. A lot of people who lie about who they are and what they do, who lie about their intentions and when thing get bad, bail on you. People who say one thing and do the other. Why is it that there seem to be more here than anywhere else?
Like Jill for example. Ye who is only friends with people who can get her to a place she wants to be then will ditch them and talk shit about them afterwards when they are no longer useful. Or Garrett, who only wants to be friends with the "cool" kids so he'll become a total asshat to whoever doesn't fit his criteria (no wonder Maria calls him Puss Boy). Eeeeeeeeeeeeeh, it makes my head hurt.
