Huh?

Does anyone have any experience with Geocities? My dad signed up for a webpage to advertise his new CD. It's pretty simple; we just used one of the Geocities templates and he has some information about the CD and how to order one if you want a copy. He even signed up for the PRO version which is supposed to have all these really great options, but there's an hourly data transfer limit of less than 5 MB and then they freeze us out of the website.

Is it just me, or does this seem like a royal ripoff? He wants to embed the star track of the CD in the website for people to listen to, and that's almost 5MB all by itself. That's basically only one person allowed to see the website per hour, and while no, he's not going to be breaking any hit counts, I still feel like I'm missing something.

I know a teensy bit about web design, but I wanted him to be set up with something where he doesn't have to come running to me everytime he wants to update something. The whole experience has been very frustrating.

EDIT: Nevermind, apparently the PRO gave him a domain other than the geocities default.
