I didn't get the house.  Somebody outbid me by about $15,000.

Strangely, I don't feel nearly as bad about it as I did when I thought my application for a home loan had been shot down.  I guess, with the loan thing it was just representative of my epic level of fail at life, whereas when I was outbid, well . . . thems the breaks.  I was beaten fair

Yes, people ARE that stupid. XD I had a full grown woman not know that shrimp is a meat. I guess she thought they were vegetables.

Lol! I acutally remeber somebody telling me that when I was younger and of course being a little girl I believed it. But I was also told that by another girl only a bit older than me at the time. Kind of hard to imagine an adult saying something like that. And MEAN it!
