quick update
So this past week I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out on Tuesday. Slept all day and most of Wednesday, didn't even attempt to eat anything til Wednesday night. My doctor gave me Percocet, man they kicked my ass. I've never been on them, but they throw me for a loop, but they are great at taking the pain away. Thank god it was Reading Week, so I really didn't have anything to worry about. I didn't try to talk on the phone til Thursday night. Stayed home all week til Friday for our football game. It felt really good to get out of the house after not leaving it for 3 days, let alone leaving my room. Had rehearsal, went to Wawa and got some Mac and Cheese, about the only thing I could eat, since it was soft. It really hurt to chew, still does a little. Went to the game, WHS is still undefeated, they beat Cumberland like 40something to 6. Sad. We had a really good performance. Left and went to Katie's house tried to watch a movie, but that didn't happen. Got up at 7 for rehearsal. Got there, rehearsed a little, did a parade, came back did more rehearsal, and then it was dinner. Erin and I left to shower at her apt. The band had another parade to go to, so I drove to Sterling HS for the show. We watched a couple Group I bands, and then went to find our band. They were a little late getting there, I only had about 30 mins to warm up the guard. Lighting could have been better. Went over to the field and the girls threw down an amazing performance. I was very happy. Went to critique, found out we won the show and the guard tied for the highest # at the show a 17.4. Which is also the highest guard score WHS has ever had! I was very pleased, the band scored a 93.9. Then it was back to WHS and then sleep. Atleast we got an extra hour of sleep. Went to WHS at 9am, rehearsed a little and then boarded the busses for Southern Regional HS. Got there, had some time to warm up the girls and then it was time for the show. It was a little windy, but the girls show was even better than the night before. I was very pleased. Went and listened to our tapes. Very good reads, GREAT visual panel for the show. Plus it was great to see Billy and Greg and Mike. Went to into critique. We scored a 93.6, which was good, we were expecting a little higher. Found out Middle Twp scored a 93.9. WTF!!! Raising over a point in one day! Music #'s were really screwed up. Glad that will all be done with. Went to Franks to hang out afterwards, was a lot of fun. Spent the night, stayed most of the day, then I left around 3:30 to go to work. Work was eh! Now its time to clean the shit out of everything tomorrow, b/c we have the Middle Twp show on Wednesday. Last show before Chapters. I can't believe how quickly this season is progressing. So much shit with school too. but that will be another post. It's tiome for bed, I have an 8am class.
