what a weekend.....
So this past weekend was cool. Friday night we did not perform at the football game....It was homecoming, plus it was raining bad, so we didn't want to get anything dirty. Saturday the weather was great. The field dried out pretty well. Rehearsal went great too. Got a lot accomplished. The show went really well too. I saw a few bands, Sterling, Triton, Old Bridge, Lacey Twp, and Brandywine. Most were pretty good shows. I like Brandywine's uniforms and opening flags. Our show was not so hot. It got better as the show it went on. Their second show to the visitor's side was SO MUCH better, guard especially. So then it was time for the judges meeting. We scored an 86.7, Middle Twp scored an 86.55. WE BEAT MIDDLE!!! Guard score surprised me, but it was great. We got a 16.5 to Middle's 17.6. Only 1.1, I'll be happy if we are within .5 of them. Sunday was the 3rd Apex audition. I was happy to talk to Raul and Billy and David and Amanda. Raul always seems to put my head back on straight. It was a blast, I love that rifle toss. Came home and then Adon took me out to dinner. Then we came back to my house and just relaxed. This week school has been ok. I had to add a class to be full time again, b/c even though I tested out of a class and got the credit for it, I still went below full time. So I added some easy ethics class. And I changed my major. Well not really, but somewhat. Wilmington College revamped the education dept. So now you can major and minor, instead of just being certified in all 4 subjects: Math, Language Arts, Science, Social Studies. So now I have a major of Science and a minor of Social Science. It actually got rid of a couple classes. So its all good. I can't wait for this weekend. It should be really good. This is all I can really think of right now.
