Stale; the Freshness was gone

Feb 25, 2005 11:06

So, I've been spitting out one of these puppies every day for a week now (some with more thought than others, and a few with too much thought altogether). I think we can all agree that what was once humorous and marginally entertaining is no longer. Or at least, not so much. I would say no longer, but some of you would probably say not so much. See? That's not funny. I win.
I would say, and I don't give a damn what you would, that it's gone stale. No longer fresh. So what do you do when something goes stale? Well, if you're a poor college student you probably eat it anyway. But since I'm going to assume we are all quite rich in terms of wit and brainpower, we're going to throw it out and buy something better.
Note: for those of you with less brainpower, or the inability to follow my stretched-too-thin-analogies (which has nothing to do with your brainpower and everything to do with my quest to confuse all of those around me), what I am saying is that we're going to get a new format here!
Rejoice!

...NOW!

What might this new format be, none of you are probably asking? Well, I'll tell you. Rather than come up with my own ideas, I've decided, once again, to steal someone else's. Several webcomics I read update only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This is likely due to the time it takes to draw out the strip, etc. But I'll be doing that too, now. Even though I don't have anything to draw.
That's not to say that I won't be writing out insanity on days other than those, it's just those will be the standard and consistent "new material" days. And by new material, I mean new to this particular space; no garuntees on originality here, folks. There's never been that garuntee, and there never will be.

Sadly, this thing is slowly becoming more and more "journally". This is bad, because, most often, my life is quite boring. I'll try and keep away from this as much as possible, but I can already tell it is not entirely avoidable.
