Working at the theater today, keeping an eye on the Auction excitment, blogging about the action, and, as it turns out, also giving a variety of press interviews as to how we're handling the large water main break around the corner (answer: shows are canceled, unfortunately, due to lack of parking and street closures, but the auction goes on!)
I find myself lured into bidding from time to time, but only on the cheaper items (although did steal an opening night gala tickets to the Maryland film festival that came with a signed John Waters poster. So that's fun!
Anyway, some fun stuff have gone up for bid (if I had the cash, I'd totally get one of the Kate Mulgrew things that are on the ebay page as a gift for Karen!)
