Freezing rain my ass... It's raining as in rain storm raining and quite possibly flash flood since A) the ground was tundra less than 24 hrs ago and B) the frozen layer on top of the melting snow is preventing the snow from melting and C) what snow is melting is clogging the gutters ( Read more... )
