Just so you know...
The squirrel quotient has risen to three. The other day I found Shadow staring down three squirrels - the one from this winter and two smaller ones - checking out my flower pots that I placed on the porch again because of the damned bugs. Today the littlest one returned to dig up my daffodil bulbs and try to claw his way through my sliding door. Silly squirrel.

Moving plans are coming together slowly but surely. My mother still holds out hope I'll be hired soon and not as a barista. I'm glad she's optimistic because I'm not. As much as I want to live independently... Argh.
I finished making preliminary revisions on the fourth version of my essay. Or is it the fifth? Third? I can't remember anymore.
