While I was cleaning out my journal of old entries, I stumbled upon a newer person to the city in the online journal scene. I’m quite surprised to see the Irish git around these parts, not only am I surprised I’m happy to see him as well! Lancer has come to town; this is almost as exciting as Gilgamesh coming here. Lancer, seeing as I have read over your entry about your landlady being less than tolerable, I’m extending an invitation for you to come live at the dojo. We have plenty of room.
The other thing that is quite surprising is the fact that I have almost been living in this city for a full year. It didn’t even feel like a year has gone by, but as they say time flies when you have fun. My some of my older students, the ones that are in the last year of high school and early college years, are starting to leave to start their lives and further education years else where. I can help but say I’m sad to see them leave. Most of them were here sense last year. Children must grow up I suppose.
Spring is around the corner and I’m more than excited to see the flowers come in to life again in the garden. Aerith-chan, I bought you some new supplies for the garden, along with some bulbs and seed. I also need to speak with you about the fish pond I want to put in for the spring; I would hate to cause problems for you Aerith-chan! D:
I’m also sending out notices to the surrounding dojos about an upcoming title match that will be held in the late spring. This should be interesting, seeing as my students are the best in the whole country of Japan. This title match, or whatever it is, should be easy for my children to handle. They performed wonderfully in Kyoto and won the dojo many awards. (<-- no she isn’t bragging, what gave you that idea?)

The police seem to have gotten worse with finding nightclubs and pubs that still allow the music to play. I can’t help to be a bit frightened of what is to come over this city. No matter it is; I’m sure we can handle it.
