So, do any of you guys know how to go about filing a complaint with the U.S. Post Master General? I have no clue how to go about it.

I'd ring up the Postal Service's main office and explain the whole situation and show them the pictures. At the very least, they can trace which post offices the package went through and refund your postage.

Yup. Cause it would stink if they started 'losing' your mail...or worse. I had a mail carrier that delivered my mail in a bag once (like from the grocery store) with half eaten pizza in it.

She reminded me of the mail carrier from "Funny Farm"...you know the guy who threw the mail at the box while speeding by at 60mph and laughing? She did that.

There's a feedback/complaint form available in any post office. You might USPS.com too, cuz by now there may be a way to do it online. I filled out the paper one once, and I did get a call back.
