well, *that* was certainly interesting...
Years ago, now, when Scapers were trying to get as much exposure as possible for Farscape: The Peacekeeper Wars, I joined the NBC Viewer Panel to give NBC (the new owners of The Sci Fi Channel) feedback about sci fi on tv in general and skiffy specifically.
I'm still a part of that panel and take part in their surveys, oh, probably 2 or 3 times a year.
I just got one this morning. It was all about Battlestar Galactica season 2.5 and the characters on the show now and the direction of season 3.
How cool is that? Not that I want them to actually take the advice of fans on what to do with the show (other than my comment to them about please don't water this show down), but yeah. And one of the questions they asked was do I watch skiffy less now that the major networks are showing some sci fi, to which I answered a resounding "Hell, no!" Okay, so I didn't say exactly that ;) Hee.
That was actually kinda fun. :D
