1. Eternity. It's the TARDIS key and it's from the episode "Father's Day." I loved this ep and the hope that returns with the warming/glowing of the TARDIS key. I created this one. The Chinese character and word "eternity" fits the TARDIS because it exists outside of time and is forever. It's eternal, more so than even the Doctor. This icon has stood the test of icon changes because I love it and because it just fits too many things to me. I'm not sure if I can articulate it better than that. :-)
2. I love the rocky coast of Maine and this icon reminds me of it. And I love starfish. It reminds me of college and fun times, too. Plus, to me it's peaceful. I got this when I was on a non-fandom icon kick and it has never been removed since.
3. One time I had a T-shirt with saying. Sadly, it died long ago and I still miss it. I love hockey. It's always been my favorite sport with soccer. And the saying is so true.
4. Girlbohme made this icon for me based on my interests and I love it. I grew up camping in the Adirondacks and I totally love campfires. I am totally a pyromaniac. It's a perfect blending of my interests and I really love the colors.
5. I love this one for the words on it. I love how the background is blurred, but it was the words that really hooked me on this icon. "To acquire wisdom, one must observe." It's very true and too easily forgotten. Another non-fandom kick Icon.
