Wha-huh?

Is anyone else having issues with LJ email notifications? I happened to hop over to my gmail this afternoon so I could send something all official-like, and found something odd. I have it set to send all my emails to my hotmail, so I can get my LJ notifications there, but 3 of them apparently bounced back from hotmail. O_o It said something to the effect that the IP address had been permanently blocked due to them receiving complaints about mail coming from my IP. I don't get it. Especially since I received other LJ notifications perfectly fine, *hours* after the fact. I don't even know what they mean - which email service has blocked which? Hotmail blocked gmail? It makes no sense!
