The first draft of my startrekbigbang fic has been finished and sent off, with 23 hours to spare! \O/ It topped out at 25,629 words, and still has more to be added when I edit it.
Holy crap, I can't believe I actually did it. ~O_O~ I'm not used to pulling this kind of ficcish bulk off anymore!

Oh yeah, and I need a beta or three, that can deal with lots of gen with background het and slash (Kirk/McCoy, Spock/Uhura, Sulu/Chekov, Scotty/Gaila), and likes Joanna McCoy and knows Trek canon and Southern-speak. Any takers? I'll also be posting a beta request over at trekfics tomorrow when I get a chance.
