they're up against eighty-d and holy mary motor club. i have no idea who eighty-d are, but their song was boring and they look stupid. holy mary motor club is made up of a bunch of fine boys who play good music (and their keyboard player is the happiest man on the planet); but i like IfIHadAHifi better, and i like my boyfriend better, and how often will he get to open up a punk rock-esque burlesque tour? exactly. you understand.
even if you hate their music, do it for that guy who lost out on average joe tonight. the hifi are the geekiest men i've ever met, and they have an opportunity to get one back for the what's-his-names of the world. well, not really, but sort of. or something. i'll stop. my brain is broken.
