How far do I let it go?
Am I a whiny employee because I refuse to accept religious discrimination and lack of communication in the workplace?
Does that merit being swept under the rug/punished and ignored?
I wish that I could say that I've done my job to the best of my ability so that I would have more leverage when I demand the resources I was promised when I was hired. However, this past month, I couldn't find the enthusiasm.
Who can I trust to tell me the truth?
Why am I the only employee who dares to mention their lack of ethics?
I can't quit because that means they win & that I haven't changed anything for the better.
