sooo i have this issue that i dont want to become another issue
my father is not the man he was when he was raising... i feel like my dad is dead... he is now verbally abusive... long story short i am crying but i dont feel the emotion... how do i keep myself from repressing this and having it bite me in the ass through less healthy ways later?
