Thank friggin' god (or Crowley) we have some shit sorted out. After the misery of this season I am so grateful that we've got the Soul-thing in the open, I could pee myself. I was far happier than I should be when there was that moment, just before the alpha hunt, when Dean comes out of Samuel's base and he and Sam have that chat... it was almost like old times. And I know it can't last, I mean, one of the big blow-ups last season was the whole "you gotta trust me as much as I trust you" thing about letting Sam be grown up, so even without a soul, I don't see Sam putting up with Dean's "I call the shots" thing. I suppose it helps that Dean did give Sam a choice, and let him make it.
So yeah, I know things are going to have to get fucked again, and the preview from next week indicated as much, but for the moment, I am content.
Also. Sam getting angel-cavity-searched? Hot. Like, I'm definitely a Dean girl, but that was hot.
And I have to dance tomorrow, so bed is likely in order for me.
