sidebar issues

A few questions and issues as I'm changing the sidebar in a style made by
gossymer

# For some reason the bullet, entry text and comment number all end up on their own row, how do I fix this? (this also happens on the flist page, but puts the lj image on one row, bullet on the next, username, subject and last where it is (i.e community) or amount of comments.)

# Can the menu be positioned up along side the header, i.e from top to bottom on the page?

# For some weird reason the sidebar has gotten a thin line at the top and one at the bottom, which I'm sure is from the original coding, but I can't find it and therefor not remove it. Also, the sidebar isn't going all the way down 'til the containing boxes end, instead it cuts them off on the end making them use a vertical scroll. I'd really like to change that too! fixed

# For some reason, the navigation strip that contains username, "home", "journal" etc etc has been removed with an override in the css, but since I don't know what I'm looking for I can't remove that override. fixed

I have a paid account and the CSS code can be viewed here
I decided to move on and use another layout as this one just wouldn't agree with me. Big thanks to
dj_aidatest for all the help to try and get this thing to work!
