[paid account] Tables Become Invisible when over the Header Image

Sep 13, 2005 08:37

I'm using a test journal to do a new style. For some reason, when the entries are over the header image, the tables become invisible. The nav bar is still there, but pretty much everything else disappears. I am using relative positioning on the "header" id to bump the tables up higher. Is it something I can fix in the stylesheet? Or an error I am making? Maybe the relative positioning should be on something else, and not just the "header"?

The white text under the nav bar should have a whole table and text that looks like the entry below it.

NEW/EDIT: Is there any way to increase the entry cell so that it is of equal distant on both the left and the right side of the subject/date cell? Right now, there's more space on the left side. Is it padding or margin? If it's something that requires changing a whole lot, don't worry about. But if it can be fixed with the stylesheet, that would be appreciated.
