Poll not showing up?

I have a paid account and I can't get the poll to work properly in my journal.

Exhibit A ('Post an Entry' window; Rich Text view)

Exhibit B (The actual entry. Note: it's placed below because there's text of the actual entry above that I whitened out.)

I have a customized layout but the problem isn't there because  I tried to remove all the customization, and the poll still wasn't showing up properly.

Please, help?
