so i went to nyc with my mom, i got back two weeks ago (thats how often i update my lj heh). it was amazing. we walked SO much, seriously, we walked at least 4 hours a day hah, but there were so many things to see and not enough time ( Read more... )

I met Karo too when I was there! For all of 45 minutes!

And spell-checkers are so arbitrary, they don't like how I write either!

OMG are you serious? Has nobody ever told you that your English is PHENOMENAL!? I thought you knew. Knock on wood, I would never have guessed that English isn't your first language if you hadn't told everyone that. I wish my Arabic or French were as good as my English. I need to work harder.

That's funny that you didn't like NYC food-- in the USA there's this general sense that NYC has the best food :P I, personally, have only been twice and I was very young both times so I don't remember anything.

why thank you :). i do make mistakes sometimes, but well thank you.

and ny has great restaurants, we went to two, they were delicious! but very expensive. so most of the time we at the cheap fast food places and that sucked. but i guess that's because me and my mom are used to really good and cheap food in brazil. and omg american banana and apples are the most tasteless fruits i've ever eaten.
