I still need to watch Priceless though, but I'll do so soon :D
How do you like it so far?
Ratings of Kimura-dramas are always so good! I mean, yes, he isn't that kind of a huge legend anymore like he was years ago, but this guy still has it. It's still Kimura. ♥

I enjoy watching "Priceless", too. More that I thought i will. Great acting from the cast and a lot of brilliant dialogues - smart and funny. We are doing Russian sub for it now - with a help of a friend who knows Japanese pretty well, so it helps to understand detailes of their conversations better.

"PRICELESS" definitely ranks very high on my list of favourite Kimura Takuya dramas <3 I'm gonna miss the drama so much now that it's over T_T
And, ganbatte on your subbing~ xD I hope everything goes well...

I like in Priceless that it is not only funny and heartwarming, but clever and deep if you just think what they speak about and what conflicts they have in the story these are in fact very serious matters about wrong priorities and values in modern life, the things that I think about a lot myself in my everyday life.

'He isn't just an existence that has become a role model for his juniors in the Johnnys Agency, but also an idol that people aim towards, people throughout the nation, not limited to the young boys; a deity of the younger generation.'

Oh my~ *empathetic* I feel for you about the files~ I now back up my SMAP files religiously because I too faced this once and was completely devastated...
But, yes, so true~ ♥ Even without re-watching his dramas, he has an incredible talent to create memorable characters that are forever imprinted into our hearts and minds. We are a whole world, an entirely different language, away from him, and yet, he still impacts us in such an unimaginably way. Truly, as you have pointed out, I can only imagine what it would be like if I was a fellow Japanese. Captain is truly someone whose talents and incredible presence transcend the barrier of cultures and languages.
A living legend. ♥
