French Toast on Tuesday.  I added to the recipe some and used different bread, and it was actually the best French Toast I've had outside of Cafe De France.  I should really make exact notes of these things instead of just eyeing it so I can make it again, and consistently do it right, since Vanilla Extract is such a fragile thing. :(
