Oct 13, 2011 15:40

This is a summary of what was said and done in the hilarious 35th and final broadcast of the Kuroshitsuji II Webradio "Phantom Party Night - A Midnight Masquerade". It features the lovely seiyuus for Grell Sutcliff (Fukuyama Jun), Ronald Knox (KENN), and William T. Spears (Sugiyama Noriaki). The Shinigami Trio hosted the final two broadcasts of the webradio - specially renamed as "Soul Conductor Beneath the Moon" for their sake. Here is the “Ask the Tutor!” summary of the 35th broadcast. Please enjoy.

Kuroshitsuji II Webradio #35
ASK THE TUTOR! Summary

In this corner, listeners send in their worries and troubles. The Kuroshitsuji characters become their “tutors” and give them advice or simple words of encouragement.

The first (and last XD) fanmail is from “Mii~chan”. Her source of stress is her incredibly high-pitched voice. Being a student, there are times when she must present in front of the whole class, causing some of the boys to copy and make fun of her voice while the other girls laugh. She always gets ashamed and embarrassed when this happens. She asks the Shinigami Trio for advice on how to gain a positive outlook on her situation.

Before they begin to discuss their own opinions, Sugiyama-san and JunJun and KENN give words of encouragement through their respective characters.
William: It it merely part of your individuality.
Grell: It's just the jealous gossip of mindless jerks. Don't take it personal.
Ronald: Instead of worrying about stuff like that, wanna go on a date~?

Everyone (even KENN-kun himself) agrees that Ronald's advice is the best. XD JunJun starts off the discussion with the point that teasing someone for having a unique voice is a very childish thing to do. KENN even thinks there is a high possibility that one of the teasing boys actually likes Mii~chan. Boys tend to tease the girls they like. KENN and JunJun were those types of boys. XD JunJun comments, “Boys who do such things for attention are very much on the wrong path! Teasing does not lead to love!” LOL JunJun tells Mii~chan to let herself think she has a secret, teasing admirer in order to boost her confidence. However, he warns her not to believe someone likes her, only think (so she doesn't go over her head).
They continue to discuss. A voice is an essential part of one's individuality, and whether high-pitched or low-tone, there is no such thing as a “bad” voice. Girls are supposed to have higher voices anyway. Sugiyama-san comments that a voice is just like a face. Mii~chan has a very unique voice, which allows her to stand out from other people. This will help when she goes out into society. Non-tan believes that it is better than having people say, “I might've met you a few times before, but I'm sorry, I can't quite remember who you are.” The more unique you are, the easier you can leave an impression. The Trio solemnly agrees.

JunJun tries to move on to the next fanmail (in a high-pitched voice of his own LOL), but the director let's them know that they're all out of time. They are forced to continue on to the final corner. XD
