Some scary books
Just finished the second book of Tess Gerritsen.
I have read the Surgeon and the Apprentice.
Both were read because of watching Rizzoli and Isles this summer. I liked both books and have a third lined up already. They are rather intense. Rizzoli is much edgier and darker in the books than in the tv shows. The two books I have read only briefly touch on Isles so the experience is much different than what I watched. I am enjoying it so far though, but they are tough reading for me. The books are gritty, dark, and very raw. I highly recommend these if you like Rizzoli at all.
