Tampa Bay and Kissimee
So, the Florida leg of my vacation is almost over. I sit in Tampa's Airport awaiting my flight out. My family already left, which is sorta nice because it gave me time to catch up on e-mails and here. The last few days have been whirlwind. We left Tampa for Kissimee (Orlando) but we never really went to Orlando. Spent a day at our resort, which was this great townhome, and much better than our place in Clearwater. Too bad we were not there for the week, but only 4 days. We went to Epcot and Animal Kingdom, after spending some time with my really drunk sisters. One adventure after another that night, including finding my sisters wallet in the middle of a highway near Walmart (ugg) So that was a short night followed by one of my longest Disney days ever. Boy am I glad I live in Disneyland, not Disneyworld. IT seems as if things are much closer together in our 2 parks, than there four. REALLY the Disneyland experience is better than DisneyWORLD, except for Epcot. I wish that place was part of Disney, Mission Space was the first ride that actually made me want to get off really quick, but now I'm like, AGAIN!!........................
So the Kennedy Space Center was wayyyyy cool. I really enjoyed myself there. IT was almost as expensive as Disneyland though, but seeing the spacepads (the old Mercury/Gemenii) not the current shuttle pad which is off limits. THe Atlantic is a bit warmer than the Pacific, but the bathtub that is the Gulf is way too nice. The heat here is a bit too much, but it really is not that bad once your used to it. Well, soon I'll be in Palm Springs which is also too hot in August, but this is the time when nobody is there, which is the way I like it. Well, I'm loving my new notebook, and I know that it will make work way too easy....................but that all can wait
