My leg has been up over my head most of the weekend to get the swelling down. I went to the pool for more than an hour this morning to stretch it out. I did kicks and cycles and ran.
My cable is out (the box died) and I got an Amazon fire stick, but I can't get the remote open to put the batteries in, so I basically read and watched the Tudors on Netflix.
It made me feel very lazy. I am going walking tomorrow afternoon but I'm not sure if I'm ready for a two-a-day workout yet. I feel like I COULD do a morning in the pool and then go to my doctor and then to work and then do the walk, but I don't want to fail and then revert back to nothing.
I just don't know where my boundaries and limits are and I am as scared to not try to find them as I am to cross them and fail at them.
This is much more intimidating than I thought it would be.
