Day 6: Sea day

Originally uploaded by Ryner12We ended up spending this day cruising because our intended destination, Antigua, had closed its port due to the bad weather that had just come through (Tropical Storm Erika). It wasn't nearly as fun as visiting a port, but we managed to entertain ourselves. Bad weather is one risk you take when choosing to cruise during hurricane season!
Some of the day's highlights:
* Relaxing, wandering around the ship and eating.
* Cool Art, Hot Ice skating show.
* Playing shuffleboard!
* Tonight's dinner: Chicken consommé, show roasted beef shoulder filet and steamed sugar-free vanilla and berry custard for me; and crab and shrimp salad, cornmeal-dusted tilapia and banana and Bailey's Irish Cream brûlée custard baked under a caramel crust.
