To celebrate the ending of Tokujo Kabachi, here’s a very short but rather cute early interview with Sho-kun and Maki-chan :D

行政書士事務所に勤める個性的な登場人物たちが、法律で弱者を救うべき奮闘する姿を描くドラマ『特上カバチ!!』。初共演中の翔くんと真希ちゃんを直撃！
Gyousei shoshi jimusho ni tsutomeru koseiteki na toujyou jinbutsu tachi ga, houritsu de jyakusha wo sukuu beki funtou suru sugata wo egaku dorama [Tokujyou Kabachi!!]. Hatsu kyouen chuu no Sho-kun to Maki-chan wo chokugeki!
[Tokujo Kabachi!!], a drama that tells a story about the struggle of individuals with strong personalities working in a solicitor office, using legal ways to help the weak. We take a direct hit on Sho-kun and Maki-chan who are working together for the first time.
櫻井 現場はすごく楽しいよね。ご一緒させていただいてる年上の方々も、みなさんユーモアたっぷり。真希ちゃんとも、すぐに打ち解けられた気がするな。
Sakurai Genba wa sugoku tanoshii yo ne. Go issho sasete itadaiteru toshiue no katagata mo, minasan yuumoa tappuri. Maki-chan to mo, sugu ni uchitokerareta ki ga suru na.
Sakurai The (shooting) location is really fun, right? The seniors who allow us to act together, too, are all people full of humor. With Maki-chan, too, I feel like we can talk freely in no time.
堀北 私、嵐がデビューした時のこともよく覚えてて。櫻井さんのことは、「キラキラした人だな」と思ってました。
Horikita Watashi, Arashi ga debyuu shita toki no koto mo yoku oboetete. Sakurai-san no koto wa, [kirakira shita hito da na] to omottemashita.
Horikita I remember clearly the time when Arashi debuted. I thought that Sakurai-san is a [sparkling person].
櫻井 そのイメージ、崩れてない（笑）？
Sakurai Sono imeeji, kuzuretenai (warai)?
Sakurai That image, it’s not crumbling (laughs)?
堀北 もちろん（笑）。でも今は、年下の私を気遣ってくれる“頼れるお兄ちゃん”という印象も強くなりました。
Horikita Mochiron (warai). Demo ima wa, toshi shita no watashi wo kizukatte kureru “tayoreru oniichan” to iu inshou mo tsuyoku narimashita.
Horikita Of course (not) (laughs). But now, because you’re caring for me who is younger, the image of a “reliable big brother” also becomes stronger.
櫻井 オレは真希ちゃんのこと、「若いのにしっかりした雰囲気の子だな」と思ってた。実際に会うと、やっぱり頭の回転が速くて。取材や対談でビシビシいいコメントをしてくれるんだよね。実は、オレのほうが頼りにしちゃってます（笑）。
Sakurai Ore wa Maki-chan no koto, [wakai no ni shikkari shita fun’iki no ko da na] to omotteta. Jissai ni au to, yappari atama no kaiten ga hayakute. Shuzai ya taidan de bishi bishi ii komento wo shitekureru n da yo ne. Jitsu wa, ore no hou ga tayori ni shichattemasu (warai).
Sakurai As for me, about Maki-chan, I thought [even though she’s young, she has a reliable atmosphere]. When I actually meet you, as expected you’re a fast thinker. In interviews and conversations, you relentlessly give good comments, right? Actually, I’m the one who is relying on you (laughs).
和やかに話す二人。でも劇中では翔くん演じる行政書士補助者．田村と真希ちゃん演じる行政書士．美寿々は犬猿の仲。
Nagoyaka ni hanasu futari. Demo gekichuu de wa Sho-kun enjiru gyousei shoshi hojyosha, Tamura to Maki-chan enjiru gyousei shoshi, Misuzu wa ken en no naka.
The two who talks in a friendly manner. But in the acting, the assistant solicitor acted by Sho-kun, Tamura and the solicitor acted by Maki-chan, Misuzu are like cat and dog.
櫻井 個人的には、美寿々みたいにバリバリ働く女性に憧れる部分もあるんだ。田村として会うとキツいけど（笑）。

Sakurai Personally, there’s a part of me who admires a hardworking woman like Misuzu. But it’s tough if I meet her as Tamura (laughs).
堀北 私は、恋愛対象として考えるとしたら、“まだ資格試験に受かってない”っていうことが気になっちゃうかも……。
Horikita Watashi wa, renai taishou toshite kangaeru to shitara, “Mada shikaku shiken ni ukattenai” tte iu koto ga ki ni nacchau kamo…
Horikita As for me, if I were to consider him as a subject in love, I would probably be bothered by the fact that, “He hasn’t passed the (solicitor) qualification exam”
櫻井 そりゃそうだ！田村には、まず勉強を頑張ってもらわないとね（笑）。
Sakurai Sorya sou da! Tamura ni wa, mazu benkyou wo ganbatte morawanai to ne (warai).
Sakurai That is, of course! For Tamura, first he has to do his best in studying right? (laughs).
ドラマの内容にちなんで、「もし自由に法律を作るなら？」と尋ねてみると。
Dorama no naiyou ni chinande, [moshi jiyuu ni houritsu wo tsukuru nara?] to tazunete miru to.

櫻井 難しいなあ（悩）。あ、“どんな仕事も１７時には終わる”とか。……って、それじゃドラマの撮影、できないか（笑）。
Sakurai Muzukashii naa (nayami). A, “Donna shigoto mo 17 ji ni wa owaru” toka… tte, sore jya dorama no satsuei, dekinai ka (warai).
Sakurai It’s difficult… (troubled). Ah, something like, “Whatever work it is, it ends on 5 PM.”… but if it were like that then we wouldn’t be do drama shooting, would we? (laughs)
堀北 私は、道路を“遊ぶ人用”と“働く人用”に分けたいです！週末や祝日にもスムーズに現場に移動できるように。
Horikita Watashi wa, douro wo “Asobu hito you” to “hataraku hito you” ni waketai desu! Shuumatsu ya shukujitsu ni mo sumuuzu ni genba ni idou dekiru you ni.
Horikita As for me, to separate roads into “recreation usage” and “working people usage”! So I could travel to the shooting location smoothly in weekends or in national holidays.
櫻井 うわあ、オレとは正反対で、仕事熱心ないい答え（苦笑）。これからも真希ちゃんについていきます（笑）！
Sakurai Uwaa, ore to wa seihantai de, shigoto nesshin na ii kotae (kushou). Kore kara mo Maki-chan ni tsuite ikimasu (warai)!
Sakurai Uwaa, the exact opposite with me, so eager with work, such a nice answer (wry smile). From now on I’ll follow Maki-chan (laughs)!
堀北 そんな（照）。みんなで力を合わせて、私たちと同世代の方にも楽しんでもらえるドラマを作っていきたいですよね。
Horikita Sonna (terashi). Minna de chikara wo awasete, watashi tachi to dousedai no kata ni mo tanoshinde moraeru dorama wo tsukutte ikitai desu yo ne.
Horikita Such thing… (glowing). Joining power with everyone, we want to make a drama where people from our generation can enjoy, too, right?
櫻井 演出もポップだし知って得する情報も満載だから、法律を身近に感じられるはず。たくさんの人に見てほしいな！
Sakurai Enshutsu mo poppu dashi shitte tokusuru jyouhou mo mansai dakara, houritsu wo mijika ni kanjirareru hazu. Takusan no hito ni mite hoshii na!
Sakurai The directing is also pop, and there are a lot of useful information too, so people could supposedly feel closer to the law. We would like a lot of people to watch it!

I’m going to miss this drama so much… All the casts… They look so comfortable with each other and the shooting location seems like a lot of fun… I hope they can create a great work together again in another chance.
