life update, future plans.

I kinda don't know where to start.. hehehe...
I understand that some of my LJ friends here added me as a friend partly (or mostly?) because of my Arashi Discovery translations, and now that I've stopped translating it I feel like I owe you some explanations ^^ (sorry this is like, almost a year late)
At the beginning, the reason why I stopped translating was because I was too busy with work. When I wanted to resume it, somehow I feel like it's been too long and that it's really hard to catch up; also I've developed various new interests and hobbies and stuff I want to learn etc etc etc. I saw that other people were (are?) still translating AD so I hope you guys are still updated with their help.
It's not like I completely left, though, for those who know, I'm still very alive and talkative in Twitter, spazzing Super Junior and Arashi and rambling about work and so on and so on. I also did some random spotting for angel_devils, but I rarely checked my friends page here and was only updated with Arashi's weekly shows (a.k.a Shiyagare and HnA -- cuz I haven't watched VSA since last year O_O).
In May 2011, I resigned from my previous job and went about editing video for my sister for three months or so. In September, I got a new job, which is my current job right now. I moved in to a boarding house (what's it called, I wonder, cuz it's not a dormitory and not an apartment either XD) in a residential area in West Jakarta and now I bike to work everyday. Hahahaha. I went home to my parents' once or twice a month. I work full time even on Saturdays, so Sundays are very very very precious to me (unlike in my previous job where I get Saturdays and Sundays off ^^). For a couple of months, that is until the end of last year, I was so busy I never knew I could be that busy from just one work, and it took quite a lot of time for my body to adjust to the new routine.
Right now, though, my work is not that demanding anymore (my suspicion is that this relaxed time is only temporary XD) and I want to use this chance (temporary or not, I still don't know) to start translating again (my Japanese and English are so rusty now T_T), but somehow I can't find the will to continue translating AD XDD~ I've started translating one of Arashi's special radio show last week (more like a random report XD) but I haven't finished it yet and I also found that someone else has done it, so................ yeah.
So I've decided to translate for my new fandom of ONE OK ROCK :D
Well, even though I've loved and listened to their songs for years, but I never really searched around for their news and videos etc until recently. I found an Indonesian fanbase of OOR and now I have a big desire to contribute to this growing fanbase while I have the chance :)
(afterall, the Arashi fandom already has so many great translators and contributors so I feel that me and my so-so translating ability are much less needed LOL)
Like always, I'm still learning.
For those who still want to learn Japanese together with me through my translations, I will still keep my usual format of "kanji - romaji - english translation" so even though it's no longer about Arashi maybe you'd still have some interests in my future translations. For those who are more fluent in Japanese, maybe you'd still be willing to give me corrections when I make mistakes (I surely hope you would! ^^)
I'm not saying I won't translate some Arashi stuff anymore, though. Just saying that it won't be my priority in the near future, that's all ^^
Well then, I guess that's all? :)
