Hey there. Sorry it's taken me so long to reply. Our kitten, Jinx, who we've had for sixteen years, passed away unexpectedly not long after I posted this entry, and I've been in a bit of a fog. Everyone else is doing fine, the evil twin and the family and the horsies and the doggies, and it's omg good to see you *snuggles* I need to get up off my butt and venture around LJ a little more often.

Oh no - I'm so very sorry to hear about Jinx ;_; I've had more than my fair share of critters, and said lots of good byes (I'm debating whether to take one of my education opossums to be euthanized on Monday, or if she's still enjoying life enough even though she can't do much more than lay there and sniff around that I should wait a bit longer...) - they all take little bits of you when they go, but for some they manage to become part of every bit of your heart, and it's incredibly hard when they go (((HUGS)))

Glad to hear everyone else is doing fine though, and yes, we miss you around here! <3333333333333333

*snuggles* Yeah, it's never easy, is it? One thing I am glad about, is that he didn't seem to suffer, at least, even though it's a horrible shock for us. He was healthy and playing that morning (trying to eat Stacie's earphones because, y'know, they were *dangling*, and what cat can resist that?). It's so hard when they're part of the family, like that, especially for so long...
*snugs* Hopefully I can manage to be a little more active on LJ--I do so miss everyone here. <3333333

Thank you...I really feel kind of silly for getting so upset about a cat, but it's more like losing a member of the family than just a pet.
