Break

Jan 29, 2013 00:48

It’s the holiday season.
I've passed the 3rd semester and soon entering the last sophomore semester this year I’m quite excited about things that have been happening in the beginning of this 2013.
I've got my score back from the Uni with fine GPA.

Shockingly it was more that what I've expected, I thought my GPA this semester would be around 3.5 or lower But I kinda disappointed with myself a little bit. One of my favorite subject scored lower than I planned it to be. I got “B” on Computer Networking subject when I positively thought that I’d got an “A”, which is disappointing. My final exam was a disaster, I failed it and that “B” mark happened to be there for a reason.
Anyway, it’s not the time to rambling about college or GPA right now.

Life is giving me couple of months to relax and recharging myself to gather back some energy.
But apparently I haven’t done anything productive on my holiday lately. The initial plan was to learning Japanese language but now I kinda out of passion for that. So I need to think about something else, which is I've already come up with.

I've been intrigued by living a healthy lifestyle lately. I read several blog reviewing about healthy traditional Chinese lifestyle that I find it interesting. And to think about it, I've done nothing but living a sloth life since the extinction of Dinosaurs to be roughly said. So right now, I wanna change that before coming back to school, and before I ruined my life further

So here the plan is going to be:
1. Sleep 9 hours a day or less (Go to bed at 11.00 am and wake up at 5.30am)
2. Walk every morning
3. Go to the mountain side once a week to Meditate (Sunday preferably)
4. Pilates 3 times a day at night
5. Drink plenty of water. . Drink plenty of water. . Drink plenty of water. . Drink plenty of water!
6. Drink Oolong Tea
7. Drink Green Tea twice or three times a day
8. Don’t eat buttered food, and fried food
9. Cut sweets intake
10. Eat lots of boiled or stir Veggies (Hate salads to the core)
11. Improve self hygiene
12. Practice Chinese traditional martial arts (Gonna search some tutorials on Youtube for this

...... Cute bullsh*t
But I really hope I can committed to it.

It sounds slightly like a weight loss program but it’s actually one whole package of the plans. I have no idea whether I gained some kilos lately (I guess I did), I've never scaling and the last time I scaled myself when I was in High School at the nursing room. I actually don’t really crazy  about getting super skinny body that every girls at my age are freaking about, I just need to maintain healthy weight and body to keep me energized and strong like Lightning Farron my twins (o_<)V *throw rocks at me*

I really wish I can learn some of Chinese martial arts like Taiji or Kung Fu because from what I’ve read, it’s been the secret of the traditional Chinese healthy lifestyle. And all of this stuff is just make me wanna live in the Tibetan Mountain, find a shaolin guru, and living a life in harmonious way side by side with the nature.…. Kimochii~♥

I hope this routinity won’t be going tentatively. Because I knew myself, I hardly keep  up with new lifestyle, but after all I really have to change because I can’t imagine what would be happened to me if I keep this sloth lifestyle going for lifetime.
