JT in Concert
Went to the Justin Timberlake concert last night with some coworkers. Pink opened for him and did a great job. Her last number was this Cirque du Soleil-esque number, which was awesome.
JT left a bit to be desired. Too much playing of instruments and too little dancing. Plus, they used this silly semi-transparent scrim around the stage upon which images were projected way too much, which just served more of an obstruction than an attraction to those of us close to the stage. Fortunately, JT is adorable enough that I didn't really mind.
I'm not usually into boy band type music, but JT is an exception. Let the scathing comments fly, but who can argue with this?
