Oh MAN am I stuffed!
Tonight I went out to Randwick with Max and Kerrie. We got smoothies, shakes and frappes at Sugarplum, watched Just Like Heaven at the Ritz (again!), had dinner at Arthur's Pizza, then had coffee at Teascapes.
I love catching up with these girls! Gossiping and talking shit is my forte, so tonight did well to scratch a major itch. Hazaah.
So, first stop was Sugarplum. It's like a cafe/gelatissimo and it's all cute and pink looking with comfy chairs. We had an hour to kill so we got drinks and.. yep.. talked shit. My Year 12 Hospitality teacher came in with her family. That was a bit of weird and awkward all rolled into one.
We got to the Ritz and decided to watch Just Like Heaven. I'd seen it the day before, but so didn't care and wanted to watch it again. I'm telling ya, if you haven't seen it, you're a damn right fool cos it's the best chick flick you'll ever see. GO. SEE. IT. And bloody damn hell I'm so in love with Mark Ruffalo. I wanna do him 75 times and then never call him again. Ohhhh and that scene where he lies on the bed and you can see a hint of his side? I damn near creamed my pantaloons.
Dawww. He's so sexually scruffy. Oh do me nowwwwwwww, Ruffalo.
Oh and trust that Harold ushers the movie I go to watch. I didn't snob him off this time, but damn I think he snobbed me off. Yeah, it's not so great when the tables are turned. Awwwwww.
After the movie, we went to Arthur's Pizza for some din din. Ate like horses and talked more crap. I think this time it was about who we thought would marry first out of who we knew. Mmmyeas.
And Teascapes....what a hip place to be! I wanna get a job there so bad. I love the vibe. It's gonna be our "Central Perk" from now on. We said we'd go there to catch up every Thursday for coffee and chit-chat. Hah, it so won't happen....but we'll try! Next Thursday (if it happens), I'll take pictures or somethin to show you just how cool the setting is.
In other news, this week has gone all Speedy Gonzalez, no? It's the weekend already! Off to the the Palace I go, tomorrow night. Should be really boring, please keel meeeee nowww! good.
