...I can't get this song out of my head.
Right now I'm downloading the first ep of Laguna Beach from Season 1. I've heard so much about it and curiosity finally got the better of me. I previewed 2 minutes of it and I'm already frickin hooked. I started looking for the dvd set on the net (bar amazon and ebay and the like) but I can't find anything. No shop around here seems to have it. And my connection sucks major arse so downloading the first season here would just be stupid; it's taken me pretty much 2 full days to download 58%. Ew. So I'm gonna have to go into Steve's work and download the episodes there with his super fast broadband 2. Yay.
Paintballing on Sunday was pretty cool. It was a lot more tiring than I thought it'd be. I had this picture in my mind that we'd be in an enclosed room (sorta like an interrogation room with 2-way mirrors, except bigger) made to look like a forest and we'd just shoot each other a few times and that'd be it. Turns out we had to run around in big fields and up and down hills. Felt like phys ed in primary school all over again. The only real ouchies I got was when I got a paintball to the head and the back. I had a few Scarface 'Say hello to my little friend' moments too, which were fun.
In the evening, I made Steve some chicken parmigiana. Had a bit of a problem with the cheese, though. It turns out I grabbed the light shredded parmesan cheese instead of the normal fatty one at the supermarket. If you've ever had melted light cheese of any sort, you'll know that it looks like dull crap and generally doesn't taste as good. But he said he loved it anyway so yay :)
And I'm off to get ready for work. What poo weather to be walking to the bus stop in.
