Mishmash
Happy thing: on Pushing Daisies, a musical reference to Pete's Dragon! Squee. Of course I went to a Pete's Dragon place as soon as I saw the lighthouse, but I didn't expect the show to be there ahead of me. ::loves::
Also, a fire in the woodstove to get warm by. :) And planning ahead of the weather and getting the field blanket on the horse before the freezing rain and sleet started. It's hard to get a large animal dry and warm after the fact, especially without a horse barn. The ice is pretty though! I hope it's gone tomorrow when I have to drive to the city.
(ETA) Happy thing number three: Gevalia pumpkin spice coffee. Flavored coffee beans aren't always the best (my mom mentioned receiving some blueberry coffee, an idea we all found appalling) but the pumpkin spice my dad made this morning was wonderful.
