Knowledge
Name: Found out from his first memory that his name was "Al". Was later told his full name and Ed's full name by the Alphonse from Adstrigendum. He has chosen not to use it, however, since everyone already knows him as Fullmetal. He's told both Lucy and Snap his real name and Ed's name.
Transmutation: Was shown a simple transmutation circle by Nena, over in Rivelata. Later gains the ability to transmute instantly by viewing the Truth.
Ouroboros: Noticed it while he was stuck in Envy's body (he doesn't know who Envy is, however) and also saw it in his second memory.
Fuhrer Bradley: Saw in his second memory. Doesn't really know who he is exactly, but is aware that he's a Homunculus.

The Truth: Allows Fullmetal to transmute things simply by clapping and touching them. Seen here.
Homunculus: He knows that a Homunculus is created when a human transmutation fails, and that "Fuhrer Bradley" and his secretary are both homunculi (doesn't know who the secretary is or what s/he looks like). He suspects the ouroboros may be related to them, but hasn't been able to verify this.

Cats
The linked pictures aren't mine, and are just there to give an idea of the colouring and length of the fur.
Coffee: Female, coffee coloured/dark brown, short smooth hair. Very energetic and loves to play. If she can't incite a game with one of the other cats, she'll move onto the nearest human. Loves chasing things.
Reol: Male, brown and white patches, medium poofy hair. Has a tendency to greet you at the door, often tries to escape. Coffee's number one playmate. He'll yowl at you and attack your feet when he wants something (usually food).
Mini: Female, grey, medium hair. Quite small for a grown cat (looks more like a large kitten), loves to clean/groom people by sitting on their shoulders or the back of a chair/couch and licking their hair. Somewhat timid and dislikes loud noises.
Lucky: Male, black, smooth medium hair. Given to Fullmetal by Throne. Fairly laid back, can become a little pissy when he doesn't get enough attention. Hates the "other black cat" (Bastet in her cat form).
Jan: Female, tabby. Super lazy cat that loves to sleep. She can be a bit standoffish. Has a tendency to hurl in the least appropriate places (inside your shoes, on your bed, on you).
