It's Over...
Well, I think I can honestly say that this will be the first year, that I can remember, that I won't watch the Super Bowl, because frankly, I don't give a rats ass now.
So here they are:
***Russ' Top 5 Reasons Why the Packers Lost the NFC Championship Game***
5)Not enough pressure on Eli Manning (Don't give him all day for his receivers to get open)
4)Poor play calls on third down situations (OK, the screen didn't work on the first two tries, maybe you should try something different)
3)Lack of an effective run game for Green Bay (It's bad to have a one-dimensional offense)
2)Brett Farve forcing almost all of his passes instead of trusting in his receivers (When he forces his throws, his game is at its worst)
1)Al Harris playing horrible and blowing his coverage all night against Plaxico Burress (Green Bay should have switched to the Cloud defense earlier in the game in order to bring the safety over the top to help out)
And folks, that's called a gift horse when the opposing team's kicker misses two GAME WINNING field goal chances AND you win the coin toss in overtime.
Also, here is something that really ticks me off...
On a fumble:
STOP TRYING TO PICK THE BALL UP AND RUN WITH IT!!! F'N FALL DOWN ON THE BALL ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS IN A GAME CHANGING SITUATION!!!
