I just found this epic piece of Aussie slang - just had to post it because it's awesome, and also because it's fun to confuse people with confusing Australian slang!
Strewth! You mean we have to teach you strine?!?? Dunno mate. That might be a bit of a tall order, but if you put in the hard-yakka you'll be good as gold.
How about when you come over we throw the esky in the ute and put a snag on the barbie down the beach. You might wanna bring your thongs 'cause the dunny floor there is a bit sus.
Or praps we could just have bickies and a cuppa at my place?
Oh yeah, when you're looking for my joint; it's five minutes past the servo. If you see maccas, you've missed the turn and will have to do a 'U-ey' at the lights or you'll end up in woop-woop. Anyways, I reckon that's oodles of slang there for ya. I'll stop yacking now. I'm gonna hit the sack. I'm knackered!!!! :)
