Completely retarded retailer
Two different stores would not give me a full refund for return of a crappy gps unit that was ordered online and picked up in store. Got very rude treatment and insults to my intelligence (like trying to tell me that I can fully test GPS unit inside of a store).
10 minute call to CC, I am getting a full refund, and they pay for shipping, so instead of having a normal return or try/buy policy in stores that can cost next to nothing, they are paying for shipping of the item. I am sure that this is not just for my GPS but for a ton of other items as well.
What is your view on the return policies, do you think they should be more uniform, that there should be minimums and maximums, etc?
