i actually said, under my breath, as i handed in my last paper about 24 hours ago, "into thy hands i commend my spirit". but i have done it! i have survived my first semester of grad school! i am 1/4 of the way to my MA! and, um, 1/10th of the way to my PhD? i'd rather not think about that, so i won't. but it is nice to have a few weeks off before
